Address Verification Portal


The Address Verification Processing System [AVPS] helps vendosrs seamlessly interface with their clienst, vendors have the liberty of creating supervisors accounts while supersvors have the liberty of registering their field officers for direct on-field work.
The system is very easy to mannage as data are prsented in simple filterable tables. The four core user modules include:

Vendor

Vendor operation module where registered users manage the entire operation such as:

  1. Registeration of Field Officers
  2. Uploading job requests / acknowledging requests from registered clients, asigning jobs directly to field officers or supervisors for further assignment
  3. Receiving Reports from Supervisors/Field Officers, vetting reports and pushing back to client for approval or rejection
  4. Petty Finnancial Account Management

Supervisors

Supervisors are registered by vendors to manage clustered field officers, they perform the following responsibilities:

  1. Acknowledging & Re-uploading assigned jobs from Vendor, supervisors have the ability to asign jobs to field workers they have registered / acknowledging requests from registered clients, asigning jobs directly to field officers or supervisors for further assignment
  2. Receiving Reports from Field Officers, vetting reports and pushing back to vendor
  3. and many more..

Field Officers

Field agents are registered by Vendors and Supervisors for direct field work, they have access to the following functionalities:

  1. Street Search
  2. Job Reporting
  3. Filter Reported Jobs
  4. Access to Open Jobs
  5. and many more..

Clients

Vendor are registered by Vendors, they have access to the following functionalities:

  1. Approval and rejection of reports
  2. Track GPS Coorditates of reports
  3. Upolading of Jobs to Vendor
  4. Monitor TAT
  5. and many more..
